COHORT EXPERIENCE

4 Month Journey with 12 Leaders

  • Retreats offer an opportunity to disconnect from your daily routine and immerse yourself into a shared collective experience.

    Critical concepts are introduced outlining the integrated leadership framework as well as structures & processes for building a leadership community.

  • These learning modules are shaped and designed around vital themes, topics, & fun to help create the necessary environment to support participant growth & development.

    In addition to teaching, participants will go through experiential exercises to immediately apply the learning.

  • Virtual live group EQ sessions offer the necessary time to deepen your capacity for emotional awareness & relational connection through group learning, engagement, processing & practicing of the work with other leaders in the Cohort.

  • Throughout the Cohort schedule are group events designed to create deeper community, collaborate throughout leadership challenges, and create spaces to integrate the work with others.

  • Brad spent 12-years in Corporate America at two Fortune 100 companies building teams, developing leaders, elevating cultures, and leading transformation throughout organizations. Brad has worked with hundreds of leaders who oversee thousands of employees in 20+ different industries and all over the world. Brad has work with Executives, Leaders, Boards, Athletes, Musicians, and many other high performing individuals to help them all get the most out themselves through the integration of EQ with IQ.     Large and small organizations often provide reimbursement for professional development expenses. You can use our proposal for reimbursement template to present a case for investing in this to your team. You might also consider sharing the Benefits of Emotional Intelligence page with them.

  • Our suggestion is to make it to every session if possible, as that will ensure you get the absolute best out of this experience. However, we totally get that life happens. Just drop a quick message to the group letting them know you won't be able to make it, so they can proceed without waiting for you.

  • Trust and confidentiality are our top priorities. You will never need to share or discuss anything you don’t want to, including sensitive topics. The facilitators adhere to ethical guidelines, and ask the group members to do the same, what is spoken about in group and the names of individuals are confidential. This creates an atmosphere of safety which is so important for growth and well-being.
