OHN & OHS Merger
We facilitated the merger of Ohio North Youth Soccer Association and Ohio South Youth Soccer Association. We mediated discussions between both organizations board of directors and office staff members to determine the best path forward to unite the state of Ohio. To move the new organization, Ohio Soccer Association, into the 21st century, we created a new organizational structure, rewrote bylaw & policy, staff & board roles & responsibilities, organizational strategy & goals, & member voting structure and membership definition.

USYS Leadership Summit
We hosted the 2019 USYS leadership summit in Atlanta Georgia. We facilitated discussions between 4 groups that included 125 presidents, chief executive officers, executive directors and various staff members. These discussions culminated in creating a national action plan to unite the youth soccer community across the country.

The Tennessee Soccer Association organization & board had been discussing and desiring a Soccer Complex for more than 20 years. We facilitated conversations culminating in a deal with the city to secure their own Soccer Complex.
