  • Our suggestion is to make it to every session if possible, as that will ensure you get the absolute best out of this experience. However, we totally get that life happens. Just drop a quick message to the group letting them know you won't be able to make it, so they can proceed without waiting for you.

  • Trust and confidentiality are our top priorities. You will never need to share or discuss anything you don’t want to, including sensitive topics. The facilitators adhere to ethical guidelines, and ask the group members to do the same, what is spoken about in group and the names of individuals are confidential. This creates an atmosphere of safety which is so important for growth and well-being.
