Jordan is the self-described “glue” of The Collective. He went from being the first intern to becoming employee #1 and has now been with The Collective for over 6 years. He is filled with a passion to help teams & organizations achieve the breakthroughs they so desperately desire.

Jordan was raised in Nashville, TN where he still resides, making him a rare breed these days. He enjoys hanging out with friends & family, going to concerts & sporting events, watching movies, and collecting vinyl records. As a Steelers fan in a company full of Bengals fans, it’s a miracle he still has a job.
